1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the fbazzi platform in any capacity — including viewing game content, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other users of the fbazzi platform.

fbazzi reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to players. The most current version of these terms will always be available on this page, identified by the effective date stated at the top of this document. Continued use of the fbazzi platform following the publication of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or terms governing individual products, promotions, or features of the fbazzi platform — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and the individual terms of any bonus or promotional offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific product or promotional term, the more specific term shall prevail for that particular product or offer.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the fbazzi platform and close your account by contacting the support team at [email protected].

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the fbazzi platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the period of your account's active status:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of fbazzi or any of its software or services providers.
• You must not be the holder of any other active fbazzi account. Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one registered account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during account registration and at all subsequent times when fbazzi requests updated information.

fbazzi reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including proof of age, proof of identity, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Players who are unable or unwilling to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by fbazzi may have their account suspended and withdrawals placed on hold pending verification.

It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that their use of the fbazzi platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in their country, state, or territory of residence. fbazzi does not make any representation or warranty regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction. If you are uncertain about the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the real-money features of the fbazzi platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and live betting — you must register a player account. Registration is free and available to all eligible players in Bangladesh.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During the account registration process, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and your preferred payment method. You must not use a fictitious name, another person's identity, or any misleading information during registration. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fbazzi account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. fbazzi will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify the fbazzi support team immediately at [email protected].

fbazzi offers two-factor authentication (2FA) for all player accounts. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA in your account security settings to provide an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

3.3 KYC Verification

fbazzi is required to verify the identity of all players as a condition of processing withdrawals. The KYC verification process may require you to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot or statement from your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account)
• A selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID, if requested by the compliance team

fbazzi aims to complete KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. Players who have not yet undergone KYC verification may continue to deposit and play, but withdrawal requests will not be processed until the verification process is finalised.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

fbazzi currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals for players in Bangladesh:

• bKash — Instant deposits and withdrawals
• Nagad — Instant deposits and withdrawals
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Instant deposits and withdrawals
• Upay — Instant deposits and withdrawals

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the fbazzi platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees will be stated clearly on the withdrawal page within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals on the fbazzi platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account number) that was used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
• Any active bonus funds or amounts subject to an ongoing wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• fbazzi reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, including requesting further documentation from the player. This may temporarily delay the processing of the withdrawal request.
• fbazzi targets a withdrawal processing time of 2 to 24 hours for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

4.3 Deposit Limits and Responsible Play

Players may set their own deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) from within the account settings panel at any time. Requests to reduce a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the higher limit is applied. fbazzi strongly encourages all players to use deposit limits as part of a responsible approach to gambling.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

fbazzi offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet promotions, and seasonal campaigns. All fbazzi bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to a stated wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. If a player has an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, a new bonus cannot be claimed until the existing wagering requirement is completed or the bonus is forfeited.
• Bonuses are available to individual players only. Bonuses cannot be shared, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
• fbazzi reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with notice provided via the platform where reasonably practicable.
• Suspected abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other behaviour that fbazzi deems to constitute bonus abuse — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

The fbazzi welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. The specific bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible payment methods, wagering requirement, and expiry period are set out in the current welcome bonus terms published on the fbazzi promotions page. Players must opt in to the welcome bonus before or at the time of their first deposit; the welcome bonus cannot be applied retrospectively.

5.3 Seasonal Promotions

fbazzi runs seasonal promotional campaigns throughout the year aligned with key dates in the Bangladesh calendar, including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). Each seasonal promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page for the duration of the campaign.

6. Gameplay and Fair Use

fbazzi is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming experience for all registered players. All players are required to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fbazzi platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical tools to interact with the fbazzi platform in an automated manner, including automated betting, automated game play, or automated bonus exploitation.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or platform vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated as a result of exploiting a known or suspected bug must be reported to fbazzi immediately and will be voided.
• Collusion with other players in any casino game, including live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a bet, game, or sporting event in which you have placed a wager on the fbazzi platform, including match-fixing or any associated activity.
• Using the fbazzi platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. All suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Creating or using more than one player account, whether under your own name or under a false identity, at any time.

fbazzi reserves the right to void bets, cancel winnings, and suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these fair use provisions. The decision of fbazzi in all such matters is final and binding.

All casino game outcomes on the fbazzi platform are generated by certified random number generators (RNG) integrated into the game software provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. fbazzi does not independently control or influence individual game outcomes. The theoretical return to player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the game provider and available within the individual game's information panel.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your fbazzi account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy. Any bonus funds or amounts subject to an incomplete wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure at the player's request.

Players who wish to close their account for reasons related to problem gambling should instead consider using the self-exclusion feature available in the account settings panel, which provides an immediate and comprehensive break from all fbazzi services. 7.2 Suspension or Closure by fbazzi

fbazzi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose
• Suspected bonus abuse, account duplication, or collusion
• Account inactivity (as defined in the platform's inactivity policy, which will be communicated to the player before any inactivity fees are applied)
• At the request of a responsible gaming authority or law enforcement body

Where an account is suspended or closed by fbazzi due to a breach of these terms, any funds derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of fair use provisions may be forfeited. Funds representing legitimate real-money deposits not subject to any outstanding wagering requirement will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbazzi's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the player's use of the platform, or any transaction conducted on the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player to their fbazzi account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fbazzi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the fbazzi platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or fbazzi had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

fbazzi shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions arising out of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, telecommunications failures, third-party payment processor outages, natural disasters, government actions, or any other force majeure event. In such circumstances, fbazzi will take all reasonable steps to restore normal service as quickly as possible and will communicate with affected players via the platform or by email where practicable.

The fbazzi platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While fbazzi makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption and is free from errors, fbazzi does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. Bets placed during a technical malfunction may be voided at fbazzi's discretion.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit fbazzi's liability in circumstances where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
